ESAB PRB-2 automated orbital GTAW (TIG) welding system for sale from a Connecticut aerospace tubing fabricator. Orbital welding is the aerospace standard for fuel lines, hydraulic tubing, bleed air ducting, and instrumentation lines on commercial and military aircraft. Produces full-penetration, porosity-free welds meeting AWS D17.1 and AMS 2694 per NADCAP weld requirements. Closed-head weld head fits tube diameters 1/4" to 4". Full parameter programming with weld data logging for traceability. Includes PRB-2 power supply, multiple weld heads (three sizes), programming software, and calibration fixtures. Operated in a NADCAP-accredited welding facility. In good operational condition.
